Presented by Newcastle’s Tyneside Cinema and The NewBridge Project, Reuse Aloud was a month-long exhibition and radio broadcast throughout March 2013 which featured work from national and international artists, musicians and writers, examining the art of using existing compositions to make something new, and questioning originality in music during the digital age.

Reuse Aloud culminated in a live 24 hour long broadcast marathon - A continuous programme of live performances in NewBridge Project Space which ran from 18:00 on Friday 29th March to 18:00 on Saturday 30th March. Broadcast live on basic.fm, Abalone and Brown Torpedo took part, appearing together for a special live performance. The set was repeated on the 7th edition of the Pineal Reverie show 10th April 2013 on basic.fm.
